It’s been a few days since I’ve posted my first challenge for myself. And I have made progress! I haven’t eaten any junk food or drank any pop since I said I would stop. I’ve done 20 minutes of cardio every day, and weight training as well. Once I get a pattern going, I will let you guys know what it is exactly that I’m doing for exercise. :)

(P.S. I will weigh myself on Tuesday, a week from my starting date)
