The Spartacus Workout:

Want a new workout to try?  How about the aptly names Spartacus Workout Routine.  This routine is based on high intensity circuit training with 10 different exercises, giving your body virtually no rest between sets and minimal rest between circuits.  The pros: you are definitely going to get your cardio in with your strength training simultaneously.  The cons: Don’t let your form get sloppy as you get more exhausted, push to failure and then go to the next exercise.  Also…you are going to be wiped by the end of this, but I would consider that a pro :)
