So yesterday I skipped both my jogs because 1) I was so tired in the morning and gave myself a rest, and 2) When I was headed out for my night jog, it started thunder-storming. On top of that, I ate potato chips and ice cream yesterday, but still managed to lose weight probably because other than those two junk food items, I just had lean protein with veggies and no carbs. So here are the results yielded:
