How I stop junk food cravings :)

   I’ve been cutting off junk food from my diet, which hasn’t been too difficult for me yet (only been going at it for a few days…). But because I used to eat it more than I should have, quitting is sometimes hard. :P CRAVINGS, ARGHHHH.

   Anyways, here are some things that I do to get rid of cravings.

  • Exercise: When I’m craving something, I’ll just go ahead with my workout.  always feel really good after finishing a workout, so I don’t eat crap.
  • Do some crunches: These are good exercise, plus I’m not hungry anymore after doing them. :P
  • Drink a glass of water: I heard somewhere that most of the time you think you’re hungry, it’s actually thirst. Drink a nice glass of cold water to fill you up :D
  • Brush your teeth: I hate eating after brushing my teeth, food just tastes weird.
  • Tense a muscle: When I’m about to grab something bad to eat, I stop and tense a muscle for a while. It takes my mind off of food.
  • Think about how much you want that nice body and how you’ll look and feel if you DON’T eat it. This is the best working method for me… I honestly feel like throwing up when I think about eating junk after doing this one. :)
  • AVOID BEING AROUND JUNK FOOD: I mean, if you’re away from it, how can you eat it? Or even think about eating it? :D

   So yeah guys, this is what I do whenever I’m feeling those stupid cravings. Don’t let food control you, guys!
