Do your friends and family know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they support you?
My mom, sister, and aunt know. I don’t like to talk about it with friends. But everyone is always supportive of anything I want to do. They don’t know about this blog, but this is more for me than anything else so I doubt I’ll tell them.
