First breakfast back after vacation.

My body is screaming for healthy foods and exercise. I think I’ll need a month to get back on track after the gluttony I exhibited these past two weeks in New England, but I’m actually excited to get back on track. I love how now my body craves the consistency of healthy eating, when usually my cravings are the other way around.

More regular posts from now on, it’s good to be home.
