Breakfast: Bowl of cantaloupe melon and watermelon, porridge with skimmed milk and a little bit of agave nectar. Water.
Lunch: Scrambled egg (cooked with butter), seasoned with black pepper, on cheese with salad. Water.
Dinner: Nando’s Beanie pitta with no mayonnaise and no sides, houmous and chilli oil with pitta. 3 glasses of Diet Coke.
Snacks: A digestive biscuit, ginger nut and a hobnob with a cup of tea. A yoghurt with rhubarb compote.
Not the healthiest day, but a pretty good day considering I had an exam (I comfort eat A LOT). I’m home alone and pretty tired so I’m going to snuggle up on the sofa with a nice cup of tea and a film.
