I am entering a new chapter in my life and with that I am going to be changing my health. I have not always been the most healthiest lately and so I will be turning that around. Its going to be rough since I have always struggled with my weight. But my goal is to be healthy, fit, toned and happy with myself. There isn’t really a goal weight for me for muscle and bone weigh more than fat. So instead of pounds, I want to lose inches.
For today I am starting off with a yogurt and fruit filled breakfast. =]
