This is an excellent article! My husband and I have started to talk about trying to conceive, and of course, as soon as we start talking about it, because we’ve just drastically changed our exercise regimen (which is to say: we went from not exercising at all to intense workouts 3-4 times a week), I’ve lost my period. OF COURSE. But this article has great advice on what you should be eating and how you should be working out. More rice, beans, nuts, avocado, and whole fat yogurt for me, and I’ll be trading in my hour-and-a-half workout routine for shorter and more varied exercising. I’m also going to start taking multi-vitamins religiously.
