I don’t have to wear a leotard and tights everyday and stare at myself in the mirror for hours. I put on my one piece guard suit and sit on stand. I have no idea what I look like and if I feel fat, I put a shirt on. Right now, I’m in the wrong place mentally. I’ve stopped caring and I know I’ve gained weight.
I need to get back on track, but I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Does anyone have any good advice for restarting a health plan and sticking to it after multiple failed tries?
