INGREDIENTS:
- 6 cups cooked brown rice
- 6 tbsp tomato sauce / tomato based pasta sauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 large yellow onion
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 cup chinese spinach (optional)
- cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
- Coat pan with cooking spray.
- Fry onion until slightly transluscent.
- Mix in chinese spinach until it deflates slightly.
- Add in cooked brown rice, tomato sauce, beaten egg and water.
- Mix well, until rice is evenly coated.
- Stirfry until preferred texture (I like mine a little dry).
- Serve / Cool and store.
